The aim is to create a social and professional integration support system for people far from employment, while enabling them to access a contract of employment in the field of second-work building or cleaning through the integration site. The activity of the Chantier Ecole is the 2nd building and the cleaning. It is oriented towards the renovation of apartments and houses and more particularly the rehabilitation of dwellings. \- ACI Batiment Second Work and Termination Cleaning: the system aimed at people far away from employment seems essential to us to put in place an action that will enable familiarisation with the world of work today. Moreover, since each participant is linked to the scheme through a contract of employment, the success of their support depends on their successful integration into the AIT, an essential step in order to claim a sustainable return to employment. Four technical supervisors, present daily on the sites, will accompany employees in their adaptation to the world of work (respect of timetables, safety rules, equipment, etc.), will allow the acquisition of know-being and know-how, will evaluate and formalise the skills acquired throughout the employee’s journey,... This device aims to support 45 active people, from September to December Each of them will benefit: \- a contract of integration on the school site of our structure \- a socio-professional support \- a personalised training plan \- learning know-how and acquiring experience in the building and cleaning The persons recruited will have to meet the following criteria: * remoteness from employment; * registration in the Employment Department, the local mission or the EMF; * followed by a reference (RSA or PLIE) We regularly organise tripartite meetings with the employee, the administrative assistant and the technical manager in order to establish coherent and reinforced training and employment support. A Technical Committee shall be held once a quarter, bringing together all the parties involved in the system. Guests are invited to: * the coordinator of the facility * the 4 technical supervisors of the school site, * the development agent * the administrative assistant * the Director of the AGCSCBP * a representative of the MDE Lys-Tourcoing * a representative of the Employment Department, * the coordinator of the FME * the General Council * The Local Mission The aim of the Technical Committee is to: * Take stock of developments in the situation of ACI employees, * Make renewal requests, * take stock of the progress and obstacles encountered by the beneficiaries of the scheme, * take stock of the training courses * take stock of the participants’ ownership of the device * take stock of the current offers within the framework of the insertion clauses in order to position potential employees at the school site interested in the proposed position.
