This project is part of the program "Attractivity of LabEx EMC3 aimed at enhancing the attractiveness in scientific research of Normandy territory and increasing the scientific potential of its laboratories.In order to strengthen the attractiveness of scientific research in the Norman territory and increase the scientific potential of its laboratories, LabEx EMC3 wishes to welcome young high-level researchers with experience abroad. In this context, the “Attractivity” programme is intended to encourage the recruitment and integration by higher education institutions and public research organisations of the territory of the best young researchers at international level. The objective of the Attractivity programme is to create, through two-year research projects, the favourable conditions for stabilising young researchers in Normandy. The projects selected by the experts of the Scientific Council of LabEx EMC3 will facilitate the recruitment of the laureates, within research organisations or institutions under the supervision of LabEx EMC laboratories3.The target audience concerns young researchers holding a thesis carried out and supported in France or abroad, performing or having completed a postdoctoral internship abroad for a minimum of one year, on the date of launch of the regional call for applications.The work of the candidates must demonstrate an internationally recognised level of excellence. During the period of their project, the winners undertake to present themselves for their host laboratory, to the recruitment competitions opened by the parent organisations and institutions.Concerning the COST project, it is part of the Research and Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation of Regions (RIS 3), on the theme of sustainable and intelligent materials.
