In order to address the qualification gap of the low-Norand labour force, the regional programme Qualif'2014-2016 in its strand co-financed by the ESF will be mobilised to carry out qualifying training measures, enabling jobseekers to acquire a qualification validated by a diploma or a qualification enrolled in the RNCP level V to I, with a view to a sustainable employment contract in relation to the skills acquired in training.In line with the guidelines of the ESF 2014-2020 programme, it is planned to mobilise the ESF on: — training leading to certification recognised by a diploma, title or certificate registered in the National Register of Professional Qualifications — training related to structuring or emerging courses in the regional territory, and in particular: agriculture, buildings and public works, industry, IT, logistics, equine sector, services to people;- training courses that take account of the challenges of sustainable development, in particular supporting the energy transition, sustainable resource management and the deployment of renewable energies, in particular marine energy;- training promoting innovative approaches, in particular the development of digital uses in vocational training, or the reception of people in great difficulty as part of an integrated pathway of integration and access to qualification, or the integration of a transnational European dimension.
