The project “Channel 2021” is organised around 3 actions: Integrated and Sustainable Coastal Management, Marine Resources and Aquaculture and Renewable Marine Energy. The context of the operation "Channel 2021-Marine Resource Development Platforms, 2017-2019, is part of the action "Renewable Marine Energy" with the objectives of pursuing the development of an electromechanical platform for hydrolians as a modelling and simulation tool (Phase 2: energy transformation and storage). This operation is also part of the action "Marine resources and aquaculture with the objectives of setting up an animal behaviour platform and acquiring a nanoLC-ESI-MS/MS for the PROTEOGEN platform of SF ICORE. The purpose of this operation is to acquire the following 3 equipment:1- An Electromechanical Platform for the study of the fluid-structure-energy behaviour of the hydroline. It will simulate the complete power generation chain from mechanical capture to the injection of electrical energy into the grid. It will also address the reliability and service life of electrical machines to establish diagnostic and predictive maintenance algorithms for these devices. This platform is part of the strategy of the university in general and Lusac in particular to develop tools to assist decision-making and predict the production of electricity produced by one or more water farms. It will validate the modelling and algorithms developed in the field of EMRs. 2- A marine animal ethology platform that will make available a range of behavioural tests for different marine animal species (cephalopods, fish) as part of integrative studies.3- A nanoLC-ESI-MS/MS mass spectrometer for high-flow analysis and identification of peptides and proteins involved in the physiology of animal, plant, or bacterial organisms. This equipment will strengthen the capacity of the PROTEOGEN platform to respond to research unit analysis requests through regional, national or international partnerships.
