The proposed action aims to enable all the inhabitants of Plaine Commune, especially those who are currently unemployed, to be able to consider the creation of businesses as a prospect of sustainable employment. The objective of this action is to facilitate and develop the network of local actors supporting the creators of activity in the territory in order to: — Strengthening the spirit of creation, raising awareness of the issue of entrepreneurship or activity as the possibility of creating own jobs, detecting and directing project promoters, — Encouraging the creation of activities in the territory and arousing the interest of the inhabitants, training organisations on topics related to the creation of activities through the setting up of collective workshops, — Improving the quality of creative projects to increase the dynamics of the local and regional economy
