The aim of the platform is to mobilise and synergise the local partnership. The departmental platform manages and manages a departmental call centre and coordinates 4 technical platforms that are spread across different geographical locations in the departmental territory: Sancy/Issoire, Thiers/Ambert, Clermont/Agglomeration and Riom/Combrailles. The technical platforms are responsible for the effective implementation of diagnostics, support and adapted actions. This organisation as a technical platform must provide the public with local answers. The public concerned is primarily composed of RSA beneficiaries and young people monitored by the Local Missions. They may or may not be registered as jobseekers. Referrals to the various services are reserved for prescribers. These professionals can be social workers, Pole Emploi advisors, local mission advisers, Pole Adult advisors, PLIE advisers, socio-professional mentors in the structures of integration through economic activity (S.I.A.E.)...They are mostly the sole referent under the RSA. A regulatory commission validates all accompanying journeys at the end of the diagnostics and monitors and evaluates the accompaniment. This body, under the responsibility of the Departmental Council, meets on a monthly basis.
