The residence “Colbert” is located within an urban area in the commune of Colombes located in the department of Hauts de Seine. The neighborhood is located in the Sensible Urban Zone (ZUS), thus characterising its need for renewal and restructuring. The site consists of 3 buildings dating from 1970, for a total of 70 dwellings ranging from F2 to F6, with a majority of F3 and F4. The buildings are each served by entrance halls and stairwells (2 stairwells per building — B and C and 3 stairwells for Building A). The residence consists of 3 buildings in R+ 4 and basement with the same characteristics but with different orientation, buildings A and B having a north-east/south-west orientation and Building C which has a rather north-west/south-east orientation. The buildings of the residence bear witness to minor classic deteriorations for buildings of that time but are generally well maintained.
