**Our ACTION** Contribute to advancing gender parity in future and hiring training. The “Chancegal” association has been conducting awareness-raising and training activities in the framework of the implementation of the Interministerial Convention for the period 2013/2018 for the period 2013/2018 for equality between girls and boys, men and women in the education system for more than 10 years in partnership with the Rectorat de la Réunion, and has been renewed since 2004. The latter Convention is structured around three priority projects \- Acquiring and transmitting a culture of gender equality \- Strengthening education to mutual respect and equality between girls and boys, women and men \- Commit to a greater diversity of training streams and at all levels Our actions are as follows: 1 **Interventions to raise awareness among young people and staff** mentoring them in the various institutions on the island **In order to promote the occupational integration of young women**, an effort must be continued towards young people who face particular difficulties in entering the labour market and suffer more unemployment than other groups of the population. Personalised support for young people furthest away from employment is implemented by **local missions**. A so-called “second chance” scheme is intended for young people under 26 years of age away from employment who leave the school system without qualifications or diplomas. The Second Chance Schools (E2C) **E2C offer training to persons aged 16 to 26 without qualifications or diplomas**. **2 We also carry out direct interventions with young people from the Local Mission and young people of the Second Chance School E2C** 3 Detection of female and male applications to enrich a pool of applicants for atypical occupations. These Reunionians can also contribute to the change of mentality among their peers through their testimonies.
