The aim of the project is to enable skilled and self-employed workers and jobseekers to raise their qualification level by following the Training Assistant (ADEA) Director of Artisanal Enterprise (ADEA), certified at RNCP level IV, or the Master’s Patent (BM) courses certified at level III (Bac + 2), offered in 13 occupations in the food, building, manufacturing and services sectors. The crafts sector represents a real potential for jobs and careers and search for qualified staff. ADEA and Master’s Patent courses are particularly adapted to the needs of companies in the sector.
