**Recall**: **_Our system is understood as a personalised and mostly collective support giving young beneficiaries access to an approach: project methodology, job placement, practice testing of these professions _. This by carrying out a full-scale test in a cooperative of youth initiative activities (the flagship and central action of our system)__** To capture the target audience (young NEETs) our system must be visible and well understood by the various partners. This is why since July 2015 we present the economic and pedagogical model of the _**Cooperative of Youth Initiatives which is the masterpiece and central part of the operation**_. If we are retained, we will also focus on feeding the print media, radio journalists in order to benefit from wide dissemination and show the value of such a tool. We will develop flyers and posters that will be accessible in daily transit points of the target audience (making information available to all): Post office, grocery stores, CAF, SGDE, EDF, service stations, trailers/snacks, cinema.... We want to popularise (in the sense of making everyone’s reach) its innovative side, also the values underpinning: **self-positioning, ownership, mutualisation, solidarity, work and mutual assistance.** The beneficiaries can therefore enter the system: * _**_spontaneously_**._ Our target audience was then touched, questioned by the promotion of the device, thus being identified and identified when taking information and/or registering in the various permanences set up. * _**_ as prescribed_**_. Our audience is then guided by registered actors/operators of IEJ actions, such as stall platform, RSMA, MLRG and who find the device adapted to the profile of a young person with whom they started a first accompaniment. We will thus work and mobilise a genuine network of prescribers who will be able to participate in the monitoring committee of the system. The operation “**PLATFORM YOUTH ENTRADE”** is a global scheme that is structured around a flagship action “the implementation of ephemeral cooperatives of young initiatives” part of our scheme. This central action is preceded by a reception time and followed by an evaluation and recommendation time. **1/Time of Welcome and Awakening to Curiosity**: First of all, this step allows stakeholders to get acquainted with them. The trainers/facilitators explain the aims of the scheme “**PLATEFORME Entraide Jeunes**”, present what its mode of operation can offer but also what is expected of the young beneficiaries during the transition to an ephemeral cooperative. This presentation allows young people to discover **the Guyanai market** but also more generally **the Company**, its rules, its operation. These exchange times must give young beneficiaries the opportunity to take strength — capitalise information, make facilitators discover their own resources. They negotiate in this way or learn to negotiate their rapid integration in the action. The tone is set, it is to identify the strengths of young people — to put them in confidence and to offer them **a balance sheet of entrepreneurial skills or potential,** less traditional than the classic competence check. The latter aims in **16 hours on average** to validate the **motivations and abilities of young NEETs**.The aim is also to measure their abilities on positions of salesman, manager, manager, manager. This assessment makes it possible to see whether they are sensitive to the concept of cooperative.Sensible in the sense, where they plan, imagine their role to play, take to the game, are “excited” by the exercise. In all cases, the assessment makes it possible to define an action plan and to identify the support mechanisms to be mobilised if, however, the cooperative stage was not adapted. What we estimated to be 20 % of the people identified. This report allows each young person to include the creation of a company or simply the company in his or her life, mobilises it around the operation of the company, professional relations, trades, sectors of activity, detects potentials, initiation to a culture and an entrepreneurial posture — it allows the animators to detect the different skills and according to the start-up start-ups and dates of the different cooperatives to form balanced groups both in terms of gender, personalities and sectors envisaged. To manage this stage, not to be waiters, we will receive on prescription as mentioned above or spontaneously, that is why we will set up permanences in the priority neighbourhoods of the municipalities.
