Development of continuing vocational training in the craft sector

The crafts sector represents a real potential for jobs and careers and search for qualified staff. The project “Development of continuing vocational training in the crafts sector” aims to enable craft workers, whether employed or self-employed, as well as jobseekers, to raise their level of qualification and obtain a certified qualification at level 4 for training Assistant Manager of Artisanal Enterprise (ADEA) and level 5 for the Master’s Patent (BM) offered in 14 craft occupations in the food, building, manufacturing and services sectors. The ADEA and Master’s Patent courses, which are particularly adapted to the needs of craft companies, help to secure the career paths of employee participants and to their evolution. Business-centred, they also meet the needs of those who have a business start-up or takeover project.
