The Supporting Facility for Resettlement and Insertion in the City (Daric), aims to co-build with 20 people with severe psychiatric disorders and maintain in operation, the equivalent of a farm with all the activities it entails. The proposed activities, support the beneficiaries to seize the device, move from passive to active position, be valued in the use of their skills (encapacitation) in order to enter into a new dynamic (empowerment) and gain autonomy. In parallel with the workshops, each beneficiary as part of the individualised follow-up is working on a personal life project, which makes sense to him in terms of integration and recovery. The objectives of the programme are defined in such a way that they take into account the beneficiary as a whole. The device complements the ‘simple sanitary look’: he asks the person to position himself as to his personal expectations, offers him various workshops aimed at improving his autonomy, enabling him to create links, to (re)activate himself in the perspective of an integration into the city as well as in the professional world... bridge which to date is missing.
