Creation of an awakening place dedicated to art and nature in rural areas

In a historically rich place with remarkable biodiversity, at the foot of the Vosges with a late 19th century manor of 600 m² whose interior was decorated by Charles Spindler, an annex building built in the 80's of 900 m² all on a plot of 1Ha3 with an orchard, a forest, an area of organic permaculture, beekeeping, a medieval garden. The Domaine de la Chouette is a place conducive to the creation and dissemination of art (dance, theatre, music, singing,...) in rural areas, it contributes and participates in the preservation of the environment, the development of biodiversity and the ecological transition. It also aims to create and enrich a voluntary self-help network focused on eco-responsibility. This place must allow artists who struggle to find a place of creation and dissemination to access it. The local population will benefit from a cultural offer and a place of healing. This cultural offer will invite residents and neighbours to take part in the various events: theatre, dance, volunteering... Groups that will be hosted all year round in internships, training, full board seminars via SCIC Domaine de la Chouette will also be able to benefit from the events and animations on site as well as the experiences of Nature proposed in the Park of the domain in a permanent desire to awaken the ecological transition.
