The projects Pôle Mutualisé d’enseignement et Pôle Biologie are designed to restructure and rehabilitate 12.000 m² of premises located on the campus of Les Cézeaux and occupied by the UFR Sciences et Technologies, the animal industry, the LMGE and AME2P laboratories, with a view to the creation of the Mutualised Teaching Pole and the Biology Pole. These projects were translated into the CPER 2015/2020 as part of the green and building energy transition. ERDF assistance is targeted at improving the energy performance of the buildings concerned, leading to a significant reduction in operating costs. In addition to the annual energy savings (see indicator above), the project will avoid the emission of 491 tonnes equ.CO2/year.
