Several objectives are being pursued in the area of the Isles and bridgeheads, given the major challenges it represents at the centre of the agglomeration: —Integrate in a cross-sectional way the two major issues of flood risk (Territory with Important Risks) and mobility issues -Integrate new reflections or projects (communal or community) that emerged during the development of the agglomeration project -Take at the operational level in order to be able to quickly implement the first development works. In order to achieve these objectives in the most coherent and integrated way possible, these reflections and studies are conducted within the framework of a commission grouping between Vichy Val d’Allier and the municipalities of Bellerive-sur-Allier and Vichy. Vichy Community is the coordinator and will award the first subsequent contract including the overall strategy and the preliminary projects.
