Built in the 1970s, the Hauts de Chanturgue is located in the heart of the Croix Neyrat district, north of Clermont. This set is composed of 2 buildings. To date, these are the last buildings that have not been restructured, resulting in a feeling of abandonment felt by the tenants and of insecurity. A renovation programme has therefore been decided with the aim of improving the comfort and quality of life of the occupants. The renovation consists of improving the thermal performance of buildings, housing and communal facilities, changing the typology of certain dwellings and transforming housing in the DRC into a civic space. 125 dwellings are concerned. Energy performance works include insulation of the roof, facades, low floors, replacement of exterior carpentry and installation of VMC. The cost of the eligible works amounts to EUR 2.340.446.28.
