DEV’UP Centre-Val de Loire aims in particular to promote and strengthen the innovation potential of companies in the Centre region through technology transfer and the dissemination of knowledge. Within the framework of its objectives, the Agency, while animating the Network of Economic Developers, will carry out its activities in five areas: —it will stimulate the integration of new technological skills within enterprises, in particular SMEs, by raising awareness of the interests of technology, identifying their technical needs and supporting them in their innovation efforts; — it will facilitate and coordinate the exchange of information and synergy between the various structures and networks involved in the exploitation of research, technological education and support for the development and dissemination of knowledge in particular through the coordination committees; — it will provide legal, fiscal and economic support to technology transfer structures and “reported” or detected innovators. As such, it will facilitate their inclusion in initiatives, in particular European support, to support R & D and innovation; — it will, in partnership with local structures with the same mission, promote and support business creation projects and innovative activities.
