DEV’UP Centre-Val de Loire was the result of the transformation of the ARITT Centre at the end of 2016 and has among its missions the development of innovation in all its forms. Since 2007 it has played the role of “regional technology transfer network head”. Created in 2001 by the will of the State and the Regional Council, its vocation to enable all regional enterprises to integrate more technology and innovation into their projects, products, processes, organisations and public researchers to get closer to the economic world has been maintained. The Agency, through its regional network of economic developers, also supports interface structures (Centre for Technological Resources, Technology Platforms, clusters, clusters, university and major research organisations) that operate in the Centre-Val de Loire region in order to support them in the projects they lead towards companies and to facilitate relations between public and private research.
