The project consists of the construction of an economic building on the AEROMIA activity park located in Romilly/Seine. This building is composed of 4 cells for a total area of 681.48 m² each equipped with an office and sanitary facilities, and with parking and delivery areas necessary. A 143.38 m² cell will be made available to a surveyor’s firm by leasing agreement. The other 3 cells (149.45 m² + 192.60 m² + 196.05 m²) will be rented to companies wishing to establish themselves in the municipality or develop their business. They will host various but non-industrial economic activities. The ERDF request therefore only concerns the three rented cells, a surface pro rata key has been applied to the contract offers.
