The project consists of the construction of a craft and industrial building on the AEROMIA activity park located in Romilly/Seine. This building consists of 6 cells with a total surface area of 2 952.03 m² each equipped with an office and sanitary facilities, with parking and delivery areas necessary. The 6 cells will be leased to companies wishing to establish themselves in the municipality or develop their business. They will host non-polluting craft and industrial activities.
