The TOIC building is a disused industrial workshop. The total area is 2 952 m². It is located on avenue de Paris, an axis draining important flows on the territory of Chalons -en — Champagne. It is in the immediate vicinity of the Centre d’Entreprises Jacquesson, whose capacity is insufficient in view of the demands. The main building of approximately 1 500 m² of floor will be rehabilitated to create: Spaces dedicated to companies in social and solidarity economy on the ground floor -Group offices and open-space meeting rooms on the 1st floor -Green spaces and parking.
