Economic development involves optimising the use of Community activity areas by offering a coherent offer to businesses, i.e. with marketable areas immediately and targeted according to the nature of the activities, depending on the geographical location of each area. The area of activity, located in the air of influence of the remoise agglomeration, at the crossroads of 3 departments is perfectly served by road networks, has a significant potential for attractiveness. The activity area will be developed over an area of 49 151 m², with a marketable area of approximately 40 222 m². It will comprise 17 lots to be filled, ranging from 1 130 m² to 7 940 m². The purpose of this operation is to develop the following networks: —Development of a left turn on RD 966 to create secure access to the activity area; — Modification of road and agricultural road on RD 966; —Creation of an inland access road to the area; Extension of networks; —Creation of a road within the area; Public lighting; —Development of green areas
