Mobilising companies to promote employment

The Business Engagement Program consists of two distinct components: 1) A component to support structures for the development of employment opportunities through the _clauses and the mobilisation of business networks_ partners. —a) the business mobilisation centre for employment is in charge of the promotion, implementation and follow-up of the insertion clauses in support of 28 principals of the territory and nearly 200 companies. It consists of a dedicated team supported by Grenoble-Alpes Métropole, and one-stop shop for all customers and companies. Its tasks are as follows: \- animating a broad and operational partnership involving the principals (communities, state services, social donors, scientific and academic actors, private contractors) actors in employment, integration structures through economic activity, enterprises. \- provide a service offer covering the whole process: mobilisation and support for contractors for the development of clauses, knowledge by employment advisers of the target occupations, mobilisation of jobseekers in difficulty, particularly those disconnected from common law arrangements, networking between employment actors and companies, monitoring the implementation of clauses and evaluation. \- ensure the steering and governance of the local partnership. \- Develop responsible purchasing practices in favour of integration structures through economic activity for private and public contractors, with the aim of consolidating their business models. —b) the cluster is also responsible for supporting corporate CSR and mobilises its networks in support of local structures in order to develop innovative actions. It pilots and implements, in partnership with the employment houses of the Métropole, recruitment measures enabling companies to recruit prepared people, eligible for the ESF PON, accompanied by the structures. 2) A participant support component. Carrying out _recruitment actions_ using several operating methods but often preceded by candidates’ preparations through external providers such as insertion coaching or supported by specific training or job discovery actions.
