Conversion of SERNAM wasteland

The requalification of SERNAM is part of a larger project, “Reims Grand Centre”, which aims to redesign the heart of the city of Reims. This project is one of the four main and priority axes of the project. The aim is to revive the site of SERNAM, a former railway wasteland, and to build an aqualudous complex, a large event hall, a parking lot and a tertiary and residential development. This will make it possible to reconquer and reconvert a neglected space, into wasteland and reintegrate it into the urban fabric according to a new model of sustainable or eco-copy city. The aim is to create a new place of centrality in the city close to public transport: the aqualudic complex and the event room.
