The operation consists of a plan for continuing training of employees based on 2 clusters: \- the development of the skills of employees with a view to enhancing their position, taking responsibility where possible and improving future employability: acquisition of basic knowledge, acquisition of trade skills and the necessary qualifications/accreditation. \- the integration of a sustainable development approach into the company: mastering skills and adapting to new techniques/working methods will make it possible to raise employees’ awareness of responsible management of green areas by limiting, in particular, the risks to the health of employees, the risks and nuisances caused to site residents, limit local pollution at the site and limit the amount of site waste landfilled. These two clusters will allow employees to be more versatile, autonomous and thus benefit from horizontal or vertical evolution within the company.
