This project demonstrates the willingness of Martinique’s social partners, employee unions and employers’ organisations, to re-energise social dialogue and optimise the spaces for conflict prevention and regulation in Martinique. This mission is entrusted to the tool they have dedicated to social innovation, the Martinique Aract. 2015 and 2016 are pivotal years in structuring the territory into tools and methods to prevent and regulate social conflicts and improve the quality of working life in companies. Thus, the action “Optimising relations and social dialogue in companies & the territory” is as follows: * Contribution to the renewal and upgrading of the pool of social mediators, and analysis of the process of constructing the shared reference framework of the parity pair; * Support for employees‘trade union organisations in the training of employees’ advisers; * Reflection and capitalisation on the activity of the body of counsellors of workers; * Improvement of social relations between the company’s actors, optimisation of the functioning of social spaces and practice of collective bargaining; * Support for the establishment of a constructive social dialogue in the hotel industry; * Analysis of the practice of collective bargaining and social dialogue in Martinique based on the analysis of the agreements signed in Martinique, with a zoom on professional equality; * Knowledge shared between the social partners of the practice of constructive collective bargaining, the mutual consideration of economic and social issues.
