Domitia Habitat, formerly the Office Public de l’Habitat du Grand Narbonne, manages and maintains a real estate heritage of nearly 3,500 dwellings. This operation aims at the energy rehabilitation of 138 homes in 3 residences and 8 buildings built in the 1970s-80s. The project will reduce energy consumption for each building, between 51 % and 62 %.
