**The City of Cayenne has therefore decided to set up with its partners a system of supervision of exclusion, a real platform mobilising the actors involved in the promotion of educational success**. The “Boxed Exclusion Platform” is the device designed by the City of Cayenne to meet this need: around a dedicated specialist educator, she will involve reference associations in the support of young people and their families, partners in educational success. This platform will be an alternative to the current sanction. The aim of this project is to offer a place of reception and educational care for pupils excluded by qualified adults. The idea is to make the time of exclusion a useful time, and to leave no young people on the street alone, acting in this way to prevent early school leaving and failure. During this period of exclusion, the aim is to engage with college students on understanding the sanction and the notion of citizenship. To work with them on their positioning in front of comrades, against adults and the management of conflicts in a non-violent way. In addition, during this period of exclusion, the aim will also be to resume dialogue with parents. This platform allows the networking of several socio-educational actors around the excluded student who is not left behind even during this time of punishment. This project allows for an inclusive approach both within and outside the institution. In complementarity with this action, since the sanction of exclusion is only one tool among others, the City and its partners have worked on the development of new prevention mechanisms, including peer mediation and training on non-violent conflict management with college students and the educational team). In addition, a new educational SAS (inclusion/exclusion) system has also been set up by the new educational team. This project of the City of Cayenne is innovative by the fact that it: * is experimental and offers a real solution adapted to the needs of the educational community and adapted to the problems of adolescents: * As much on the partnership nature of the project, which involves both the educational community, the institutional partners and the voluntary sector * As on the implementation of the project with the consideration of all the problems of the college for a genuine individualised follow-up * is intended to be developed and sustained on other colleges if the experiment is conclusive
