The Vigne & Wine Platform project aims to strengthen and develop research infrastructures for development and innovation dedicated to the wine sector. These infrastructures support one of the world’s leading research centres in a region with the largest area of French vines and a group of companies supplying the dynamic sector. The aim of this project is to offer public and private teams the tools to develop innovations enabling the French industry to maintain its global rank: trays with analytical tools, technology halls, tools for expert sensory analysis or more customer-oriented. This platform forms part of a comprehensive system to move from idea to market by producing and hosting prototypes of all scales, including at the early stage of commercialisation. This operation was selected under the 2015-2020 State-Region Plan Contract.
