The thermal rehabilitation operation, carried out by Domitia Habitat, is to improve the energy efficiency of 45 homes in two buildings, located on Avenue Pompidor and rue de la Jourre within the priority district of the policy of the city of Narbonne West. The objectives of the planned renovation work are to: — Improve the energy performance of rehabilitated housing — Enhancing the attractiveness of the neighbourhood by enhancing the image of the built heritage — Improving the living environment of the inhabitants. This project is also part of the integrated urban territorial approach of the Grand Narbonne. The energy renovation investment expenditure, which is the subject of the request for co-financing from the European Regional Development Fund, will focus more specifically on the costs contributing to the energy improvement of the building relating to: — external carpentry, covering/sealing and outdoor thermal insulation on facades — attic insulation and flooring, calibration, replacement of lighting and VMC/heating — related project management costs — related thermodynamic design and energy audit costs.
