The project presented by the commune of Lunel aims to rehabilitate the urban space of Place Louis Rey located within the priority district of the city’s policy. It is part of a desire to reclassify the old centre and to enhance its heritage and historical interest. The objectives thus pursued are to: — To contribute to a balanced development of the municipality by revitalising the city centre and strengthening its function of centrality — Fostering social cohesion — Contribute to the improvement of the image of the municipality.
