This project to create digital clusters is fully in line with the implementation of a strategy for the organisation of economic land in order to improve its quality in order to better welcome businesses and increase the attractiveness of the territory. The ZAE St Jean de l’Arnouze in Carcassonne, located on a strategic location (airport/city centre axis) was chosen as the site for the development of the project. Therefore, the project will be translated into a policy of land acquisition and reallocation of buildings in order to create a cluster of activities dedicated to entrepreneurship and digital, it will enable: — to offer an implementation solution to companies in the digital sector — to support the development of entrepreneurship through the use of digital. The Digital and Entrepreneurial House will have a set of offices equipped to be offered for rent for companies, either specialised in the digital economy or with a specific need for the use of very high-speed or ultra-fast broadband. In the same place, meeting rooms and shared work spaces will be rented to companies and/or project promoters. The development of the digital infrastructure in the context of the deployment of the Very High Flow (AMII zones) and the Ultra High-Debit currently under way will help to underpin the development of the project.
