The 30 dwellings, built in 1975, are located at 1-3-5 Rue Emile Eudes in Narbonne and are divided into a single R+ 4 building. Over the years, the building heritage of 30 dwellings has been the subject of maintenance programmes, but has never been rehabilitated in a heavy and complete manner. In order to provide these tenants with a significant improvement in their comfort and living environment, DOMITIA HABITAT wishes to intervene consistently on this old building, incorporating an important part dedicated to improving energy performance as part of a rehabilitation programme, including the addition of loggias. This energy renovation project is part of a total of 75 housing units. The remaining 45 units, located at 7 Avenue Pompidor and 2-4 Rue de la Jourre in Narbonne, will also be renovated and have been the subject of a grant application from the ERDF — Urban ATI.
