Treating otherwise is a public health imperative in the context of population ageing, medical desertification and increased patient demands. It is also an economic imperative that particularly affects France whose health expenditure is growing today more strongly than the GDP.The French health system that has been built on acute medicine and around the hospital, will have to redirect itself to taking care of a care path in which the hospital will certainly be an important step, but which will have to be more integrated in collaboration with actors outside the hospital. In this logic, e-health care has its place and is a promise to meet the challenges and preserve the fundamentals of the health system while increasing its added value for professionals as well as for patients. Promote innovation on an industrial scale by providing partners with industrial technological bricks and support in certification processes and relations with regulatory authorities; Ensure a level of safety and integrity of health data in line with the requirements of health regulatory authorities; To facilitate the testing and deployment of products and services at national and international level through their interoperability. The challenge of this platform is certainly economical, but above all it is a matter of bringing about societal innovation. Indeed, digital technologies represent a real opportunity to improve the quality of patient care and improve the daily lives of professionals through the organisational changes they allow. The economic challenge is to improve the efficiency of the health system and healthcare expenditure and to create an industrial e-health sector that meets the standards/requirements of regulatory authorities (safety, interoperability, integrity), innovating and training.
