**The PVE** (Passerelle Towards Employment) is a mechanism set up by the OPRF to provide answers to the needs of the public for whom access to or retention on the labour market requires particular support in terms of support and integration. The aim of this project is to contribute to the fight against unemployment of low-skilled jobseekers with particular attention to the treatment of residents outside the coastal centre, particularly in isolated or landlocked municipalities and those in the areas concerned by city policy. The Passerelle Towards Employment is part of a logic of complementarity and reinforcement of resources to provide more efficient support for jobseekers and the inactive, with a focus on actions that enhance their employability according to their situation. This project, which runs over a three-year period (2016-2018), consists of three major operational actions in line with the call for projects: * Personalised support (personalised diagnosis, support for the construction of a professional project, development and implementation of an action plan, adapted follow-up and coaching, orientation towards qualifying training) * Strengthening employability and development of the job search strategy (simulation of job interview, knowledge to be expected during work or maintenance and work on the CV, the professional project, knowledge of the business world) * Support for the emergence and support of projects for the creation or resumption of activities
