ERDF — SINAY — DIGITAL PORT PLATFORM PROJECT

The Digital Port Platform project aims to develop a platform of digital services combining different cutting-edge technologies brought by Sinay, SOYHUCE and ANTIOTE, in order to provide a tool capable of generating the digital and ecological transformation in the port sector. The main challenge facing the consortium, both economic and environmental, is to use digital means as a key to harnessing the great potential of the oceans for the sustainable growth of port activities. The Digital Port Platform is aimed at those in the port sector who are now seeking to adopt technologies that reduce port congestion and optimise the logistics chain. Therefore, these actors are increasingly sensitive to environmental issues and their QSE services are looking for solutions to reduce the footprint of activities on the environment. The Digital Port Platform solution offers an integrated business-environment approach that will generate and accelerate the digital and ecological transformation in the ports that will adopt this solution. The benefits offered by the Digital Port Platform will be the increase in both economic and environmental performance of port activities as well as a positive effect on security due to the reduction of congestion and congestion. In addition, the digital port platform will contribute to the adoption by ports of advanced scientific and technological methods, resulting in new business opportunities to be seized by our customers and new business models to explore. As a result, the new jobs that will be created will also be jobs with higher added value. Finally, the Digital Port Platform solution will simplify and significantly improve the communication of port operators and users and thus contribute to a better integration of port activities in their urban, social and environmental context.
