This project consists of the extension of 3028 linear metres of the current heating network of the city of Maromme. This extension of trenches will supply 17 new buildings, including 16 residential buildings and one for industrial use, for a forecast energy of 477 Tep (Tonnes Equivalent Oil). In addition to the recovery of the additional amount of biomass energy and the reduction of GHG emissions (Gaz à Effect de Serre), this extension will improve the densification and, above all, the economic equilibrium of the heat network as a whole, to the benefit of all subscribers. At the end of the operation, the heat network will see its linear increase to 24 176 ml of trenches with an increase of more than 5.500 MWh/year of renewable origin injected into the Maromme network.
