The strategic territorial diagnosis of Haute-Normandie highlights points of interest that are:• Technological development, innovation, ICT• Economic competitiveness• Environmental challenges, sustainable development• The need to improve transport and infrastructure networks sustainably.A scientific consortium interested in these issues and can help advance these themes has been organised.The xterm project is scientifically coordinated by Patricia Sajous (IDEES-Le Havre, University of Le Havre) and Cyrille Bertelle (LITIS, University of Le Havre).A consortium has been developed for the realisation of this project.
