The PicytMab project aims to set up a platform bringing together two complementary technical platforms of the Institut de Recherche en Cancerologie de Montpellier (IRCM U1194), based on: — identification and engineering of human monoclonal antibodies (GenAc) — the establishment of an innovative cytometry imaging tray (CyTOF/Hyperion) using these antibodies to characterise normal and pathological human and animal samples. This project will be led by a research team from the Institut de Recherche en Cancerologie de Montpellier (IRCM U1194) in partnership with Inserm, the University of Montpellier, and two industrial partners: the company Histalim (34) whose core business is tissue analysis by Histology, and Cisbio (30) specialised in the development of research and diagnostic kits. These new tools available at IRCM will first be made available to academic and medical research. By covering a continuum ranging from target to imaging, antibodies and chemistry, this new platform will allow local researchers in the field of biology-health original and rupture analyses for the advancement of cognitive research, diagnosis and therapy.
