As a first step, we will contextualise the PERFAD project. This project is part of a collaborative approach that structures research around the logistical theme with the creation of a federative structure around this dynamic, SFLOG, and in an integrative posture between the strategies of the region, the establishment and the laboratories. The regional strategy has allowed to structure the research in Normandy by promoting the emergence of multidisciplinary projects within the GRR LMN whose logistics performance axis where the PERFAD project forms part of a complementarity with CLASSE 1 and 2 projects supported by the region. In fact, CLASSE projects have focused on centralised supply chains, while the PERFAD project intends to study a yet untapped topic of decentralised supply chains, in order to ultimately emerge further cost reductions. The Normandy Region thus works to promote the rapprochement between research, higher education, while facilitating the transfer of technology to economic actors. The strategy of the University of Le Havre has made interdisciplinarity one of the major axes of its scientific project collaborating in particular with the Normandy Region through its major research networks for the financing of research projects. The scientific strategies of our laboratories are perfectly in line with a desire for collaborative projects multi-laboratory, transdisciplinary and multi-sites.The PERFAD project is carried out within the framework of a partnership between the University of Le Havre and the EMN.University of the Hat’Helle’s Applicated Mathematics Laboratory (LMNIM) Laboratory of Engineering (LLMNIM) Laboratory of Logistics (LMC)
