Magic Mirrors

Magic Mirrors is a living place temporarily installed on the Frissard Peninsula for some years. The Magic Mirrors is a real showroom with a capacity of 950 people standing and 550 people in seating configuration. It accommodates about 60,000 people a year and has the advantage of adapting to any type of event (including private or associative) and public, from the youngest to the seniors. With the requalification of the site and the development of the Campus Plan, it is necessary to relocate this showroom nearby, on a grass-rooted port wasteland. This project is part of the policy of requalification of the metropolitan curator. The installation of the Magic Mirrors will encourage the concentration of equipment close to the nodes of transport of railway stations and tram. It will densify this sector by exploiting this space that has been underexploited for many years. Also, it will offer a living space for this new student district (Ecole Nationale Supérieure Supérieure de la Marine, Ecole de Management, ISEL, Sciences-Pos/SPI/INSA), as well as for the Danton district, located less than 700 m. closures)Its reopening will take place in September 2019.As Magic Mirrors is a leased equipment, it will not be integrated into the financing plan. An agreement will be signed with the GPMH for the occupation of the site, in the form of a Temporary Occupancy Authorisation.
