TERRITORIAL PLATFORM FOR MOBILISATION (63) — 2017

** Identification of the tasks entrusted to the platform:** \- Listening and guidance by means of a call centre for integration and mobility professionals \- Establishment of mobility workshops and diagnostics for users \- Participate in the coordination around mobility issues with local stakeholders (e.g. contracting authority, prescribers, etc...) \- Ensure optimisation of mobility services **Transversal objectives:** * Implement the services defined in the framework of the action * Improve knowledge of the mobility offer available on the territory * Improve, by the knowledge of the public, and thus meet the needs of the target areas. * Participate in a networking of mobility actors to build and sustain a territorial dynamic **Operational objectives:** * Supporting the public: this monitoring may be individual or collective depending on the nature of the needs and actions. The service provider remains a strong proposal on the way in which he designs the support and construction of mobility routes. * Support must lead to autonomous and sustainable mobility. Individuals must be able to use the ordinary offer alone, whether individual or collective, with possibly several stages in the course. A link/tracking tool with prescribers is expected. * Each participant will have in his/her possession an individual booklet relating to his or her mobility path and describing the different stages followed * The provider will promote the articulation of the different services in terms of mobility between them in order to propose consistency in the mobility paths. The service provider will thus be responsible for the identification and centralisation of the information available on the territory in this field and for updating it and will then have to disseminate it to all the partners concerned. **Public:** The Department wishes to implement a “mobility platform” operation for persons ** enrolled in a socio-professional pathway**, in situations or at risk of poverty, of age to enter the labour market and facing mobility difficulties such as to seriously jeopardise the possibilities of a return to sustainable employment. Any intervention by the mobility platform must be subsidiary to any system of general law or specific assistance for mobility in the local or departmental territory concerned. **Subject to meeting the above criteria, priority will be given to:** * Public beneficiaries of rSa* whose age is less than 26 years, followed by a local mission and included in the Department’s Youth Integration Action Plan (YAP) or under a young adult contract. The reasons for travel relate to access to or return to employment, training and/or access to integration measures. All guidance must be carried out by the person’s socio-professional integration referee by means of a reasoned and duly completed prescription sheet, accompanied by a certificate of eligibility for the mobility platform. Thus, each participant must be eligible for entry into the action, i.e. on the date of limitation. **AXIS 1: Animating, coordinating and administering the Territorial Mobility Assistance Platform** Animation, coordination, administration (including call centre and follow-up of participants) **Aximate 2: Assess and accompany** Collective mobility workshops Individual mobility diagnostics Individual mobility accompaniments Individual assistance related to maintenance, repair, acquisition of a vehicle **Ax 3: Provision of mobility assistance tools** Organisation of on-demand travel (individual and collective) Rental of vehicles (two wheels and car) Individual assistance related to maintenance, repair, acquisition of vehicles **Aximate 4: Driver’s Licence Assistance** Driving Licence Course \- Positioning Check \- Learning Code \- Driving Learning
