The “Espace Mémoire Aéro” equipment is a scientific, technical and industrial culture project dedicated to the history of the pioneers of civil aeronautics in Montaudran, cradle of aeronautics. The former Château Petit Lespinet Raynal (1 000 m²), The General Store (2 300 m²) and the Maison de la Radio (40 m²) are intended to receive the “Espace Mémoire Aéro” aimed at enhancing the technical, architectural and human heritage of the Aeropostale and the history of Air France. The General Store, also known as the Workshops, is the only building concerned by the modernisation/renovation operation covered by this grant application. The estimated period of implementation of the operation runs from 15/12/2016 to 31/12/2019.
