As part of the current evolutions of our “Westernised” societies, individuals are becoming increasingly sensitive to their diet. In addition, the patient is becoming more and more active in their health and acquires autonomy in the management of their “capital” health. The nutritional dimension is a strong component felt by the 40-60 age group in a healthy ageing approach. In the sports field, the needs raised in nutrition for health prevention and healthy aging echo those of nutrition for sporting activity. There is therefore a real need for a device, possibly connected, for metabolic measures to object and facilitate monitoring of nutrition. The aim of the NURISENS project is to develop a connected self-test to monitor nutrition within a framework of health prevention and sports practice. To do this, it will consist of consumables, a reading device, a mobile app and a web platform.
