The tasks of the placement unit are mainly based on: \- individual support by the business relationship manager (job search techniques, targeting of companies, links on offers, etc.) \- the prospecting of companies carried out by the business relationship manager and the resulting relationship \- the mobilisation around questions of geographical and psychological mobility \- the mobilisation of the public residing in QPV around the social and professional skills linked to occupational integration (the young person must, however, have removed the obstacles to the heaviest employment) The support of young people takes place throughout the operation, i.e. until 31 December 2016, with the aim of their placement in a sustainable professional situation. Entry into qualifying training as well as access to a job will be considered positive exits. There will be time to follow up and manage the course in a collective way, so that the relationship manager can explain the progress of each of the accompanied young people, the companies met, the recruitment strategies, etc. The advisers responsible for collective activities (mobility and social skills/professional skills) will explain the progress of each young person. These presentations will be presented in the presence of the youth advisers (guarantee of information on the progress of the course). Thematic days around alternance will promote young people’s access to apprenticeship or professionalisation contracts
