The project to improve the tourist offer of the Deshaies Botanical Garden: 1-Objectives sought: —Renewing the offer -Improving the route of the visit and bringing to international standards -Recast of the website 2- Main actions presented: —Up to international standards of the reception desk -Creation of a children’s educational course -Easing access for people with reduced mobility -Total renovation of the snack -Securisation of the site (warning and video surveillance) -Strengthening the fence of the park’s enclosure — website 3 — Expected results: — increase in the total number of visitors from the hexagon: + 5 % — double the total number of visitors from the region — increase the total number of youth and juniors from the hexagon and the region: + 8 % Customer targets are: —national and international tourist clientele -local clientele (adult residents and children) -schools, high school students and students of the department
