The “AGRI MARGUERITE” operation consists of the construction of a 1 MWc photovoltaic greenhouse with energy storage. The covered area is 11 000 m². This project aims to implement “innovative” technology in the sense of the territory and non-user of land. This photovoltaic greenhouse is coupled with a real agricultural project in partnership with the company TOP PRODUCTION. This project thus allows the creation of agricultural activities and therefore employment. In addition, this greenhouse is anti-cyclonic and anti-seismic is patented with the name “Agrinergie®”. The project is supported by FPV AGRI-MARGUERITE, a subsidiary of the AKUO Energy Group, which specialises in renewable energy (wind, solar, biomass, hydro). And the agricultural project will be implemented by a local player TOP PRODUCTION supported by AGRITERRA. Agriterra is a technical support to the project, in fact, it ensures the maintenance and development of agricultural areas on behalf of various photovoltaic companies of the AKUO Group in the DOMs. This project through the agricultural component will generate about ten jobs. This project was presented in the context of a 2015 ZNI solar tender by the Commission for Energy Regulation (CRE) but was not selected because the rate needed to reach an IRR around 7 % was EUR 303/MWh while the minimum rate was EUR 179/MWh.
