This operation is part of the list of 12 emergency operations agreed on 1 September 2014 when all stakeholders approved the Safe Drinking Water Plan (PSAEP). It aims to renew 12 km of asbestos cement network by a cast iron network. There is also provision for the installation of 6 pressure stabilisers. It aims to satisfy the drinking water supply of users in the Sainte-Anne area by reducing water losses and reducing water withdrawal from rivers. The expected return gain is estimated at more than 10 %.
