In order to offer passengers the services of a large international airport and to adapt to changes in traffic, the airport company has embarked on a major project to expand and reconfigure its terminal. The general project is to bring existing infrastructure up to standards and adapt it to the reception of current and projected traffic in the medium term. The degradation of the aircraft pavement requires work on the entire runway in order to meet civil aviation standards and allow for optimal operation of the airport. In order to carry out this project, it is proposed to use a comprehensive project management mission in the form of a framework agreement providing for the studies and works of the runway in a first subsequent market and allowing, through possible other subsequent contracts, to carry out further studies which would prove necessary for the upgrading and development of the airport.
