Training "digital and economic valorisation of heritage: Bachelor’s course years 2 and 3" is a course that resumes the 2nd and 3 rd year of a training course started on LEADER. Prior to this training, the profile of the young beneficiaries were young people between 18 and 25 years of age (job applicant and registered for the local mission), LAC level and above, with skills in artistic drawing, creative writing, making of comics, photography, use of 2D and 3D scanning software, sound recording and sound processing, audiovisual, scriptwriting, manipulation of multimedia creative software (maya, final cut, photoshop, etc.). All young people recruited were financially unable to qualify for this training. The recruitment of young people took place in several phases: in early 2014 contacts with POLE EMPLOI and the local missions in Guadeloupe (definition of the profiles sought and put in contact with potentially interested young people) followed by a launch of applications, information meetings took place between Saint-François and La Désirade, participations in job fairs and integration were carried out. Interviews were held with the young people and facilitators of the GAL orient Guadeloupe, consultants at LEADER and a trainer, the validation of the applications was made by the Director of Studio M in Montpellier in charge of the delivery of this training.
